Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
• 268 bed hospital
• Dedicated cath lab and EP lab access
• Adults only patient population

Schedule

• Day shifts with built in lunch hour
• Ongoing coverage needs throughout the year
• Block scheduling model

Cases and Procedures

• 3 to 4 hospital consults per day
• 4 to 6 EP lab cases per day
• Focus on ablations and heart rhythm management
• Must independently perform moderate sedation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician
• Active Arizona license or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, lodging, mileage, and rental car reimbursed
• Near Flagstaff Pulliam Airport with additional access via Phoenix
