Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in Wisconsin and Illinois, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine - Community Health Center in Freeport, IL.Mercyhealth's Mission - "Exceptional health care services with a passion for making lives better." Opportunity:
- Collaborate with experienced Family Practice Physicians to provide exceptional, quality patient care
- Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions
- Hours are Monday-Friday; Call rotating amongst outpatient providers
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited MSN / DNP program
- Current IL APRN
- Current IL RN license
- Current IL DEA
- CPR Certification
- Other certifications as required
