FHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community.

Position Highlights
- Outpatient practice with a loyal, established patient panel
- Minimal on-call duties
- Patient-centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship-based care

Requirements
- Employed, full-time position
- Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
- NP experience strongly preferred
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a rural healthcare setting
