Gastroenterology Opportunity in Houma, Louisiana

This is a hospital-employed Gastroenterology position serving both inpatient and outpatient needs in Houma, Louisiana. What We Offer You

• Guaranteed compensation: $650,000 base guaranteed for a 3-year agreement.
• Incentives and quality: wRVU bonus threshold 7,992 to 8,462 with $65 per wRVU, option to increase to $70, capped at the 90th percentile; $15,000 quality bonus at the end of years 2 and 3.
• Sign-on, loans, relocation: $50,000 sign-on for a 3-year commitment, negotiable; $80,000 loan forgiveness paid to the loan program; $10,000 relocation allowance.
• Practice scope and resources: Full-scope GI with ERCP available; approximately 2,000 GI procedures per year; two GI suites, one in-hospital and one in the outpatient atrium; Olympus 190 and ERBE equipment; Epic EMR.
• Physician-designed schedule: Outpatient schedule, on-call rotation, and hospital coverage designed with your input; no ED call coverage requirement; 24 hours to respond to inpatient consults.

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in Gastroenterology.
• All experience levels considered.
• J-1 or H-1B candidates considered; immigration attorney on retainer.
