Step into a 100% outpatient General Cardiology role designed for physicians who value time with patients over procedural volume. This is an opportunity to practice cardiology in a senior-focused, prevention-first model with no hospital call and no production pressure. Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient General Cardiology; no cath, no STEMI, no inpatient procedures, no TEEs
• Average 15-20 patients per day with longer visit times and capped panels (~345 patients, max ~450)
• Collaborative care model with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches
• Leadership role within a cardiovascular care team focused on prevention, CHF management, and clinical protocol development

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, predictable schedule
• No call and no weekends
• 100% consults and follow-ups in clinic
• Opportunity to work across multiple centers within your market

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000-$450,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual quality bonus
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
• 401(k) with up to 6% match, 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance + 5 days, malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible General Cardiologist
• Fellowship-trained in General Cardiology
• Comfortable reading stress tests and interpreting Holter monitors
• Interest in outpatient-focused, senior-centered care with a quality-over-volume mindset
