• Established, physician-owned ENT practice

• 1:11 call limited to established practice patients with no ER, trauma, or unassigned hospital coverage
• Extensive APP, nursing, triage, care coordination, and scribe support
• Approximately 22-23 Physician Assistants with independent outpatient patient panels
• Dedicated audiology department with approximately 15 providers
• In-house ancillary services including allergy, audiology, hearing aids, CT, speech, and sleep-related services
• Flexibility to build a practice in the Albany market, Saratoga market, or both
• Group-based mentorship available for new graduates
