Q Vision is a fully independent, physician-owned private practice with offices in Mesa and Scottsdale, Arizona. We deliver high-quality, patient-centered care without private equity ownership or hospital call. Our practice is known for outstanding patient experience, with some of the strongest online reviews in the Phoenix area. We provide comprehensive ophthalmology, premium refractive cataract surgery, and LASIK, supported by modern facilities:
- Mesa: In-office ASC for efficient surgical care
- Scottsdale: VISX iDesign laser suite and RxSight Light Delivery Device for advanced refractive treatments
Because we are self-contained, coverage is limited to shared practice call only — no outside hospital obligations.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled cataract surgeon to join our growing practice. You’ll step into a busy, well-established setting with a steady flow of surgical cases, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to long-term growth and potential ownership.
- Full-time or part-time position available
- Choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweek
Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons, including those looking to scale back while maintaining high-quality care
