Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting with supportive staff including 1.5 medical assistants, 1 PA, and 2 NPs
• Focus on preventative care and chronic condition management
• Flexible patient age preference; treat all ages or adults only

Schedule:

• Choose between 5 days of 8-hour shifts or 4 days of 10-hour shifts
• Open to part-time hours, 20-25 hours per week minimum
• 6-month assignment preferred, with a minimum of 3 months

Cases and Procedures:

• General primary care with a focus on chronically ill patients
• Procedures are a bonus but not required; list your comfort level
• Approximately 2 patients per hour
