Provide inpatient GI coverage in Des Moines with ongoing block availability and strong APP support. This assignment offers a balanced call structure with procedural variety.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient hospital-based setting
• Adult patient population
• Perform ERCP, EUS, and colonoscopy procedures
• Manage consults and rounding with support from two APPs

Schedule

• 24-hour call coverage blocks
• 7a-7a shifts
• Typically one-week coverage blocks
• Partial onsite requirement with call-based structure

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Gastroenterology
• Fellowship trained in Gastroenterology
• Active Iowa license or IMLC LOQ
• Experience with ERCP and EUS required
