Locums Hematology and Oncology Physician in New York - 6 Month Commitment, Light Call

Hematology and Oncology Physician locums opportunity in New York in Saratoga Springs, offering full time coverage with a structured call rotation.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Established Hematology and Oncology practice
• 3 MDs and 3 APPs on staff
• 12 infusion chairs onsite
• No procedures required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Shared 1:5 weeknight call
• 24-hour weekend call, either Saturday or Sunday
• Full-time coverage preferred

Cases and Procedures

• 40 percent Hematology, 60 percent Oncology
• 15 to 20 patients per day
• 1 to 2 new patients daily
• APP manages inpatients with physician backup as needed

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Active New York license
• ACLS, BLS, DEA
