• Solo physician coverage

Schedule

• Typically 12-15 hours on-site with remainder on call
• Block coverage required, minimum consecutive days

Cases and Procedures

• Adult inpatient admissions and rounding
• ICU management including high-acuity patients
• Required procedures: intubations, vent management, central lines
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
• Active Tennessee license
• ACLS certification

Travel Accommodations

• Hotel provided, including first night on arrival
