Join this exciting Preventive Telehealth Initiative in New York 

We are offering $80 per hour Part time/Per Diem (looking for 4 Specialty NP or PA providers) or work at a per patient rate aka $20 per patient encounter that will last up to 15 minutes max.

Requirements: 

• Specialty NP (unfortunately, not primary care or family practice PA/NP). 
• Cardiology / Endocrine / Pulmonary etc.
• The NP/ PA must be NYS licensed and already enrolled with Medicare / Medicaid and other insurance companies in the state.
• Join Calendula Medical's Telehealth preventive diagnostic health screening initiative for Bronx based communities.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.  Ideally looking for an NP or PA that has their own LLC when we compensate the individual.
• Work from home and review tests obtained from a supervised Medical Assistant at a designated clinic.
• Testing includes EKG reviews, Ankle brachial Index testing, Pulse oximetry, Blood Pressure analysis data review.

Your role is simple. 

• Order and review the test for those patients that qualify in this preventive screening initiative.
• Ensure the data collection is adequate and sign off on the  clinical recommendation when all tests are complete.
• Oversight of medical information (insurance and ID cards will be required along with EHR documentation). 
• Billing submissions are an easy click with our software.

Requirements

STAY at Home or ON come on Site - its up to you.  Serving the NYC & Long Island Communities.

You will supervise and oversee a medical assistant doing the following.  EKGs, Pulse Ox application, Orthostatic BP testing, Sudomotor testing, and Ankle brachial index testing.  This can be in person or remote.  There will be limited documentation required but as you approved the qualifiers for the diagnostic test and agree with a good study set and the recommendations provided, you will approve the quality of the test and offer pre-written recommendations.  At times a remote in discussion may be required.  You will always have help and guidance from a remote Physician or Fellow Practitioner.  This opportinuty is a work life balance at its best.  Come join our innovative upcoming healthcare diagnostic company, as the Medical lead and Clinical supervisor have been servicing patients for over 20+ years throughout NYC and Long Island New York.
