Description

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered nurse practitioner to join our growing direct primary care practice. The NP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients 18 and above through a membership-based model that emphasizes accessibility, prevention and strong provider-patient relationships.   This role allows for extended visits, reduced administrative burden, and a focus on high quality, personalized care.    

Requirements

• Masters or doctorate's degree from an accredited NP program
• Active and unrestricted NP license in NH
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of working in a Family Practice office and ideally would have a patient panel that would follow them
• CRP/BLS certification
