OB/GYN Opportunity | Strong Earning Potential | Yonkers, NY
A well-established, physician-led women's health group in Westchester County, New York is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base with a quick ramp-up, strong clinical support, and a balanced schedule designed for both productivity and quality of life.
Practice Highlights:
- Employed position with full-scope Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Balanced weekly schedule: 3.5 clinic days and 1 dedicated surgery/call day
- Flexible office hours (typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Established practices with full patient panels expected within ~3 months
Surgical & Clinical Support:
- Dedicated OR time with efficient scheduling for both minor and major cases
- Access to Da Vinci robotic systems (optional use)
- Robust support staff including MAs, LPNs, RNs, and experienced mid-level providers (NPs, PA, Midwife)
- Modern EMR systems: Athena (outpatient) and Epic (inpatient)
Locations & Hospitals:
Openings available across multiple desirable Westchester locations, including Yonkers, White Plains, and Rye, with affiliations to leading regional hospitals. Providers benefit from diverse practice settings and strong referral networks.
Call & Work-Life Balance:
- Flexible call structure depending on hospital affiliation
- Predictable weekend rotation (approximately 2 per quarter)
- Supported by hospitalist/laborist programs to enhance coverage and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary: $350,000 - $450,000 (based on experience)
- Proven earning potential exceeding $500,000+ through RVU incentives
