Outpatient Primary Care Physician | $250k+ First-Year | Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care team in Las Vegas, Nevada. Patient Volume: Typical outpatient panel
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Support / Care Team: 1:1 MA Support, APP, and MD/DO Team
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Engage in ongoing training for advanced office-based procedures
Compensation & Benefits
$250,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)

Qualifications
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
Experience or interest in quality improvement
Interest in training for advanced office-based procedures
