A well-established outpatient clinic in Fairbanks is looking for a PM&R physician ready to step into a leadership role and help shape a growing interventional pain program. The team is multidisciplinary, the infrastructure is in place, and the schedule is outpatient-only with no call and seven weeks off annually. Practice Details

• Multidisciplinary team including orthopedics, anesthesiology, osteopathic physicians, and behavioral health
• Outpatient procedure suite with C-arm and radiofrequency ablation capability
• Conservative care model, including epidurals, nerve blocks, and RFA, with flexibility to expand services

• Outpatient-only with no inpatient responsibilities and no call
