Monarch Family Medicine was established in 2018 in order to provide better access to patients and better practice satisfaction for myself.

It has grown slowly and organically over this time.  Recently, there has been a even more interest in direct primary care and peolpe continue to be drawn to northern New England.   I have managed the practice as a DPC and micropractice, keeping the management structure very simple.   I am priviledged to provide care to children and adults in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont.

I am looking for a younger physician who would like to take over this practice to continue the kind of care that my patients and I have enjoyed over the past 8 years.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensed in NH and VT
