Location: Boise Arthritis and Immunology, Boise, Idaho. Providers may also have the option to see patients at other partner locations, via telehealth or travel, with travel costs covered.

Position Overview
Boise Arthritis and Immunology is recruiting experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our growing outpatient practice. We offer full- and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling (3- or 4-day workweeks, or 1-week-on / 1-week-off), and top-of-market compensation that rewards both productivity and quality of care. Providers have meaningful input into clinic operations, workflow, and patient engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage autoimmune and rheumatologic conditions.
• Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic data.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
• Perform joint injections and other in-office rheumatologic procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in research initiatives and clinical trials (optional).
• Mentor junior providers and contribute to ongoing practice development.

Qualifications

• NP degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified NP (FNP, AGNP or ANP); rheumatology experience is a plus.
• Active or eligible APRN license in Idaho.
• Strong communication skills and patient rapport.
• Experience with technology-forward EMRs and outpatient workflow optimization.

• Leadership experience or demonstrated potential.
• Background or interest in clinical research participation is a plus.
