Thrive Naturopathic is looking to bring a new member onto our team. We are looking for a naturopath who has strong skills in homeopathy and also lifestyle medicine. You must have, at a minimum, significant training in classical, Hahnemannian homeopathy – being well-versed in the Organon as well as the materia medica of Hahnemann, Boenninghausen, Herring and the other 19th century masters.
Position is virtual and is open to both new grads as well as more experienced practitioners. If you are a recent grad or in the first few years of practice we can help you develop your skills.
This is an opportunity to work in a highly rewarding environment, due to the fact that all of our “members” (patients) are committed to 6-month (or longer) programs. Members are motivated to improve their health and have committed to changing their lifestyles. They understand that no one is entitled to good health and if they want improvements, they have to work for it. There is a diet-lifestyle and brain-training curriculum which is guided by our health coaches. Your responsibility is to manage the case - providing effective homeopathic care, lab analysis with supplementation and guidance on implementing lifestyle changes and mind-body techniques.
We are looking for someone who is intelligent, rigorous, self-motivated and possesses a positive and caring attitude. You must be able to communicate well with different types of people and have a high emotional intelligence. We will expect you to offer exceptional customer care and attentiveness. You will be expected to connect emotionally with each member and at the same time clearly understand and document their health status as it changes from appointment to appointment. You must inspire confidence in our members that you know how to guide them to their destination. You will be expected to work diligently and must actually enjoy working as an inherent moral good which creates meaning in your life, as you help others.

You will work from home and must have a quiet, presentable space to do Zoom calls with our members, undistracted. We will provide you with any technology/devices needed.
