Description

• Conduct primary and secondary research across the relevant sectors qualitatively and quantitatively;
• Perform data and financial analysis on trends of Healthcare and Manufacturing industry development;
• Independently prepare and write company research reports, sector reports and Pre-deal research reports;
• Develop and maintain the Consumer market database;
• Assist in sector related ad-hoc research projects;
• Organize and participate in non-deal road shows, forums and company visit;
• Responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors;
• Participate in departmental projects or tasks assigned.

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors;
• 1 year's experiences or above in finance industry, preferably in equity research, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant experience;
• CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
• Strong ability in data mining and information searching from different sources;
• Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in-house standards;
• Able to communicate and convince research ideas effectively;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to form effective working relationships;
• Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
• Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
• Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills.
