Requirements
The Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) licensed in Missouri to join our Jefferson City clinic and build a personal patient panel.
You will help grow and manage a panel of approximately 800 patients when full, providing accessible, high-quality care in a membership-based, insurance-free environment.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage your own patient panel
Deliver comprehensive, relationship-based primary care
Maintain timely documentation, communication, and follow-up
Work collaboratively with the team to support patient experience and growth
Potential for collaboration and oversight of mid-level care providers
Ownership of your panel is expected. Consistency is required.
