Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities
• Lacks Employee Health Facility operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan
  • Lacks Enterprises is a supportive and collaborative partner committed to ensuring their employees are well cared for, while empowering physicians to exercise autonomy and equipping them with the tools and resources needed to succeed. 
• 1 convenient location in close proximity to several work sites for their patients:
  • Lacks Employee Health Facility is located at 4365 52nd St SE Kentwood, MI 49512
• The physician will dedicate 100% of their time to practicing at the newly renovated Lacks Employee Health Facility, which features spacious modernized patient rooms. 
• Clinic is a concierge type practice with 30-minute patient visits offering full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health
• On-site medications for patients and lab draws
• Current clinical team includes 1 physician, 1 advanced practice professional, 5 support staff (mix of MAs & BOC), and a dedicated practice leader. 
• Physician will be able to deliver high level patient centered care, fostering strong, trusting relationships while effectively managing a shared patient panel of approximately 1,500 individuals across providers. 
• Clinic is open 7a-5p Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
• No on call

Requirements

• Experience required
• Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained)/ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
