Company History

Aspire Psychology was founded by Dr. Jami Howell in 2019, rooted in the desire to provide exceptional care and compassionate healing to the Portland community and surrounding areas.

After serving her community in private practice, Dr. Howell set out to build a group practice in order to reach more patients seeking help and support. Today, Aspire Psychology fosters the hope and confidence needed to define one’s authentic self and develop effective strategies for an aligned lifestyle.
