Company Profile
Fellowship House
Company Overview
Fellowship House serves adults living with serious and persistent mental health conditions, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders. Many of our members are managing diagnoses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression—illnesses that can significantly impair daily functioning without ongoing, comprehensive support.
Our programs are available to individuals in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, offering a full range of community-based services designed to meet people where they are—promoting dignity, empowerment, and meaningful progress at every stage of recovery.

Company History
Fellowship House was established in 1973 through a Community Support Program grant awarded to the Mental Health Association of Dade County, as part of a pioneering effort to support deinstitutionalization.
Designed after the “clubhouse” model, it quickly became independently incorporated and was designated a demonstration project for the State of Florida by the National Institute of Mental Health.
Since then, Fellowship House has grown into a comprehensive behavioral health organization, offering a broad range of services including employment support, case management, outpatient treatment, and residential programs—serving over 1,000 members each year across South Florida.
