We are seeking a highly skilled and resilient Advanced Practice Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our dynamic inpatient team. The ideal candidate excels in high-acuity environments, demonstrates strong diagnostic reasoning, and thrives while managing undifferentiated patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergent conditions, contributing to department efficiency, throughput, and quality outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/implement treatment plans for patients across all acuity levels.
- Carry out procedures within scope (e.g., laceration repair, incision & drainage, splinting).
- Rapidly interpret diagnostic results and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
- Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives.
- Provide patient and family education, including discharge instructions.
- Manage your own patient panel.

Schedule & Work Expectations:
- Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
- Variable scheduling flow
- Weekend rotation: every 5th weekend
- Holiday rotation: 1 holiday per year
- No nights, no call
- 100% inpatient work
