Description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner committed to patient-centered care, teamwork, and long-term professional growth. This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule with no call, weekend, holiday, hospital coverage, or hospital rounding responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient care within the APP’s scope of practice
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in collaboration with physicians and clinical team members
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Participate in care coordination and team-based quality improvement
- Support a positive, collaborative patient and team experience

The structured six-month onboarding and mentorship program is designed to build confidence, introduce practice workflows, and support strong relationships across the organization. Onboarding and responsibilities will be tailored to each candidate’s experience and goals.
Qualifications
- Current certification and licensure as a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Eligible for or currently holding applicable state licensure and national certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, collaborative care
- Interest in continued learning and professional development
- New graduates and experienced APPs are encouraged to apply
