Van Wert Family Physicians is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established family medicine practice.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within the family medicine setting. Responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, providing appropriate follow-up care, and working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Ohio
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Family medicine experience is preferred but not required
