The Practice
- A growing dermatology team of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers
- Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with room to expand cosmetic services
- Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs manage lower-complexity visits
- Strong MA support, established clinic operations, and a streamlined EMR system
The Schedule
- Four-day workweek with flexibility for an optional additional half-day
- No call responsibilities
- High-volume outpatient setting with the ability to see 40 to 50 patients per day with full support staff
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary around $450,000 with collections-based earning potential on top
- Realistic path to $1M+ annually through productivity and ancillary revenue

You'll Need
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
