Practice Overview
- Established private practice with physicians, APPs, and experienced clinical support staff
- Dedicated scribes and medical assistants to support efficient patient care
- Full autonomy to structure your clinic and practice style
- Broad case mix including general dermatology, skin cancer, and procedural dermatology
- Optional opportunity to incorporate cosmetics, dermatopathology, or MOHS interests
- Established referral network with a significant patient backlog across a multi-state service area
Schedule & Workflow
- Minimum of 32 patient-facing hours per week
- Flexibility to design your schedule
- Typical clinic hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- High-efficiency workflow supported by scribes
- Minimal call responsibilities limited to occasional hospital consults
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $400,000 but quickly will be bonused
- Total income potential exceeding $800,000+
- Production-based compensation model with 40-50% collections
- Additional income opportunities through APP supervision
- Partnership opportunity within approximately two years
- Ownership opportunities in both the practice and associated real estate

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Open to general dermatologists
- MOHS, cosmetic, or dermatopathology experience welcomed
- Comfortable managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions
- Interest in long-term growth, autonomy, and partnership
