Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
Up to $150K Base Salary | Flexible Schedule | Outpatient Only
Join a collaborative, patient-focused primary care team as a Family Nurse Practitioner. We currently have two openings-one at our main clinic and another at a satellite location-offering an excellent opportunity to grow your practice in a supportive environment that values teamwork, autonomy, and work-life balance.
Your Role
As a key member of our primary care team, you'll manage your own patient panel while working alongside an experienced team of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Practice Highlights
- Manage your own panel of patients
- Provide the full scope of outpatient primary care services
- Work within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model
- Minimal call responsibilities of just 2-3 times per month
- Receive 8 hours of protected administrative time to effectively manage your patient panel
Schedule & Lifestyle
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling options tailored to your needs and patient demand
- No inpatient or hospital responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Previous experience in a primary care setting required
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience
