Location: Everett, WA (Field-Based / Mobile Care) Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 / year + Sign-On Bonus Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM) | 4 Days Off Per Week

myLaurel is seeking a dedicated and autonomous Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our innovative field-based care team in the Everett, WA area. In this mobile role, you will bring high-quality, on-demand acute and transitional care directly to frail, elderly, or medically complex patients in the comfort of their own homes—helping them avoid the traditional pathway of ambulances, ED visits, and hospital admissions.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Provide comprehensive, mobile, in-home medical care to medically complex patients with acute and chronic conditions in the Everett area.
- Perform clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform minor procedures, and order/interpret diagnostic tests as needed in a field setting.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination, reduce avoidable utilization, and lower readmission rates.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventative care, and treatment protocols.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (ARNP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA-C).
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered ARNP or PA-C license in the State of Washington.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an advanced practice provider, preferably in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, or Mobile/Home Health.
- Mobility: Valid state driver’s license and comfortable driving locally to provide field-based care in the Everett/Snohomish County region.
- Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, excellent bedside manner, and the ability to work highly autonomously.
- Note: Schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays to ensure consistent patient care.
