Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
4 Days Per Week | Remote | W-2 | $100-120K base plus commission and bonus
Nurse Practitioners: work remotely 4 days per week, earn a healthy 6-figure income, and help women transform their health with a root-cause approach.

About Us
Interlinked Wellness is a virtual concierge functional medicine clinic based in Texas. Anna Evans, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, founded it in 2023 out of frustration with conventional medicine. Our mission is to free women from chronic disease and painful symptoms. Common cases include autoimmune conditions, hormone imbalances, gut issues, mold illness, MCAS, fatigue, peri/menopause, endometriosis, and weight management.

What You'll Do
- See 5 to 10 patients a day by video, in visits of 30 to 90 minutes.
- Order and interpret labs and functional tests, then build personalized plans using nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, peptides, GLP-1s, HRT, and compounded prescriptions.
- Care for patients over time with follow-ups, plan changes, and concierge support.
- Explain program pricing, enroll patients in ongoing care, and collect payment. We're a cash-pay practice, so this is part of patient care.
Training and Pay
You'll train one-on-one with Anna on our unique process and methodologies for about 3 months. Training pay is at $80,000 per year. You'll shadow her first, then lead visits with her support.
Once you complete training, you'll get your own patient panel at a $100-$120k base salary plus opportunities for commission/bonus.

Requirements
Requirements
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Active Texas DEA license
- Prior professional experience in functional or integrative medicine. Applications without it will not be considered.
- Experience with functional blood work, GI-MAP or similar GI testing, food sensitivity testing, mold toxicity testing, peptides and female HRT
- Comfortable discussing costs and collecting payment
- A private, quiet workspace with fast internet, quality audio and video, and a reliable computer
Highly Preferred:
- APRN licenses in multiple states
- Functional medicine degrees or certifications.
