Practice Overview

• Outpatient Hem/Onc
• Comprehensive cancer center setting with on-site infusion, radiation therapy, lab, and pharmacy
• No in-office procedures required; bone marrow aspirations handled by Interventional Radiology

Schedule

• Choose a 4- or 5-day work week; 5-day option includes built-in admin time
• Clinic hours generally start at 8:00 a.m.; typical close 4:30 p.m. (Mon-Thu) and early finish on Fridays
• Manageable daily volume: approximately 12-18 patients per day
• Shared call with a small group; mostly phone-based consults

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K-$625K Base + Production Incentive (2 year guarantee)
• $200K in recruiting incentives Tailored to a candidates needs; additional quality/retention incentives available
• Malpractice coverage including tail provided

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Fellows welcome (including upcoming graduating classes); experienced physicians also strongly considered
• Comfortable with a clinic-forward practice model (procedures not required)
• Visa waivers accepted (Delta Regional Authority)
