- Interventional Pain Management Physician
Description
Our practice is seeking to add a fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician to our growing, two physician-owned practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established pain practice with an existing patient base, a collegial partnership culture, and a clear path to owning your own clinical schedule.
You will step into an active, established patient panel from day one and have full access to a modern procedure suite for the complete spectrum of interventional technique from bread-and-butter injections through advanced neuromodulation and minimally invasive spine procedures. You'll work alongside our founding physicians and advanced practice providers with real input into how your schedule, procedure mix, and growth track are structured as the practice expands into new markets.
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and acute pain conditions, from initial consultation through long-term treatment planning
- Perform the full range of interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, joint injections, SI joint fusion, MILD procedure, BVN ablation, and minimally invasive spinal fusion.
- Maintain community referral relationships in your assigned region
- Help shape clinical protocols and procedure offerings as the practice expands.
- Participate in practice growth and, over time, partnership-track decision-making alongside the founding physicians
