• Acute inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit
• Structured clinical environment with defined patient volume
• Dedicated behavioral health support staff onsite
• Average daily volume of 6-10 patients

Schedule

• Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• Standard clinical hours with no overnight duties
• No call responsibilities
• Ongoing full-time coverage need

Cases and Procedures

• Management of anxiety, mood, ADHD, and psychotic disorders
• Pharmacologic and therapeutic interventions
• Involuntary commitments and safety protocols
• Family and group therapy participation

Requirements

• Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active Massachusetts license required
• CPI training required
