Schedule

Credentialing

• Typical credentialing timeline is 60 to 90 days
• Background review is sensitive, minimal history is strongly preferred
• May consider waiting for license with an active IMLC LOQ

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active Louisiana license, or active IMLC LOQ if you need to obtain Louisiana licensure
