Cases and Procedures
- Level I trauma core IR, including bleeding embolizations.
- Nephrostomy tubes, biopsies, drainages.
- Dialysis catheters, occasional PE thrombectomies.
- Non-emergency end-of-day cases may be deferred to discourage technologist overtime.
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO.
- California medical license required, will not wait for license.
- Board certified or board eligible within 5 years.
- Board certification requirements include Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology, Fluoroscopy certification required.
