Locums Otolaryngology Physician in Florence, South Carolina - Facial Trauma, 24 Hour Call

This ENT assignment combines facial trauma and otolaryngology call coverage in a Level II trauma center with manageable consult volume and no scheduled clinic responsibilities.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient consults, procedures, and post-operative rounding
• Facial trauma including mandible fractures, orbital injuries, and facial lacerations
• Emergency department consult-driven workflow
• Adult patient population only

Schedule

• 24-hour call coverage from 8:00 am to 8:00 am
• Call taken from the hotel after daily responsibilities are completed
• Multiple week-long and partial-week coverage blocks available
• Higher consult volume typically occurs on weekends

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active South Carolina license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Must be comfortable managing facial trauma independently

Logistics

• Travel, lodging, rental car, and mileage are covered
• Travel accommodations coordinated for scheduled coverage blocks
