Schedule

• 8 hour shifts with a 9am start
• Minimum commitment of at least two weeks per month, with four weeks per month preferred for continuity

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship Trained
• Georgia medical license required, will consider candidates with an active IMLC LOQ, Open to IMLC Physicians

• Credentialing may be as quick as 2 to 3 weeks for clean files with temporary privileges
