Join a high-demand Maternal Fetal Medicine practice where you can step into an established referral base, maintain a manageable schedule, and earn top-tier compensation. You'll work alongside experienced MFM physicians in a setting built for both autonomy and collaboration.

Practice Overview

• You'll join an established MFM team alongside two experienced physicians with strong clinical backgrounds
• Practice within a large tertiary care hospital featuring a Level III NICU and continuous neonatology support
• Established referral network with consistent high-risk volume and opportunity to contribute to program growth
• Dedicated clinic space, full support staff, EMR integration, and telehealth capabilities

Schedule

• 4.5 clinical days per week with 0.5 day allocated for administrative time
• Clinic hours typically run 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1:3 call with minimal overnight interruptions and low overall burden
• Balanced mix of outpatient care with consultative inpatient coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $515,000 with realistic total earnings up to $775,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• 26 days of PTO plus CME allowance and dedicated CME days
• Full benefits package including retirement options, malpractice coverage, and loan forgiveness eligibility

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows
• Interest in collaborative care and participation in a teaching environment
• Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies in a tertiary care setting
