Maternal Fetal Medicine Opportunity - Tampa, Florida

Join a high-demand Maternal Fetal Medicine practice with an established referral base. This opportunity combines strong clinical support, teaching exposure, and a limited call burden within a large tertiary care hospital.

Position Highlights

• Join an established team of two experienced MFM physicians
• Practice within a large tertiary care hospital with a Level III NICU and continuous neonatology support
• Dedicated clinic space with full support staff
• Established referral network with opportunity to contribute to program growth
• EMR integration and telehealth capabilities

Schedule & Call

• 4.5 clinical days per week with 0.5 day allocated for administrative time
• Clinic hours typically 8 AM-5 PM
• 1:3 call with minimal overnight interruptions
• Balanced mix of outpatient care and consultative inpatient coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• $515,000 base salary with realistic total earnings up to $775,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• 26 days of PTO plus CME allowance and dedicated CME days
• Full benefits including retirement options, malpractice coverage, and loan forgiveness eligibility

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Open to experienced physicians and graduating fellows
• Comfort managing high-risk pregnancies in a tertiary care setting
