About the role

Roughly half your schedule would be men's health. The rest is general family practice — women, children, and adults across the lifespan, the same mix our other providers carry.

We're building out men's health because our panel is family-heavy and the men in those families are chronically under-seen. They bring a kid in for a sports physical and haven't had their own labs run in six years. 

Men's health 

Preventive and screening care: prostate, testicular, colorectal, cardiometabolic risk
Sports, school, and DOT physicals
Erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and endocrine workups
Behavioral health and substance use screening
General family practice 

Well-woman visits, contraception, routine gynecologic care
Pediatric well-child visits, immunizations, acute care
Chronic disease management across the panel
The practicalities

40 hours, Monday–Friday. Four 10-hour shifts with an hour lunch break.
No call. No weekends.
Four weeks combined vacation/CME/sick time, plus a CME stipend
Health, dental, vision, flexible schedule
Brand-new office, excellent commercial payer mix, and office staff who make the job easier instead of harder
Independent, provider-owned since 2020 — decisions get made in the building
Requirements
Active Colorado APRN license with prescriptive authority FNP-C 2+ years primary care experience
