Lead and Build the Next Generation of Neurosciences
Advancing Neuroscience Care Across the Region
POSITION SUMMARY:
AtlantiCare is advancing a highimpact operating structure designed to support advanced neurosciences care across the region.
This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity to help shape a modern, integrated care model, expanding access, driving clinical innovation, and building the infrastructure for long-term growth across the neurosciences continuum.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- Ground-Floor Opportunity: Join a growing Neurosciences Service Line at a pivotal stage and help build the infrastructure, care pathways, and long-term strategy from the ground up.
- Collaborative Neuroscience Environment: Work alongside a highly trained team of neurologists, neurosurgeons, advanced practice providers, and clinical leaders committed to high-quality, patient-centered neuroscience care.
- Build the Full Continuum of Care: Help design and grow an integrated neurology and neurosurgery network that spans acute care, inpatient consultative services, stroke systems, neurocritical care, tele-neurology, ambulatory neurology, and subspecialty outpatient programs.
- Flexible Practice Model: Opportunities are available for candidates interested in acute care/inpatient-focused practice, outpatient clinic-based neurology, or a blended model that combines hospital-based care, ambulatory practice, and subspecialty development.
- Operating Partnership: Be part of an exciting operating partnership focused on expanding access, strengthening clinical programs, and creating a more integrated neuroscience system of care across southern New Jersey.
- Leadership & Program Impact: Help shape clinical standards, access models, quality initiatives, referral pathways, and program growth. This is a role where your voice and clinical interests can help define the future of neuroscience care in the region.

LOCATION FLEXIBILITY:
Practice locations may include Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, Hammonton, Manahawkin, Cape May, or other regional sites based on candidate interests, community need, and the continued growth of the Neurosciences Service Line.
As the network expands, provider placement will be thoughtfully aligned with patient access, program development, and the overall care model.
We welcome candidates who are excited to be part of a growing regional neuroscience program and who value the opportunity to help shape where, how, and across which settings care is delivered.
A Partnership Model Built for Growth, Innovation, and Access
This role is part of an innovative neurosciences operating partnership model designed to bring advanced, high-level neurologic care directly into the communities we serve.
Through this collaborative structure, physicians practice within a model that combines the stability, resources, and regional reach of a leading health system with the clinical innovation, specialty depth, and program-building expertise of a focused neuroscience platform.
This approach gives physicians the opportunity to help shape programs, influence care delivery, and collaborate across disciplines in a way that directly improves access, quality, and patient outcomes.
Together, we are building a patient-centered, multidisciplinary system of care that reduces traditional barriers between specialties, aligns care across inpatient and outpatient settings, and connects patients to advanced neuroscience expertise — close to home.
