$850K Base | 6 Call Days Per Month | 33 Days PTO
A well-supported cardiovascular program in the Red River Valley of North Dakota is seeking a non-structural Interventional Cardiologist to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality care with a sustainable pace. This role offers strong procedural volume, a predictable schedule, and a notably balanced call structure within a cohesive, team-based environment.
Practice Details
- Team of two interventional cardiologists, one non-invasive cardiologist, and one electrophysiologist supported by eight experienced APPs
- Two interventional labs, one EP lab, and a hybrid lab with advanced imaging capabilities
- Scope includes TEEs, echocardiography, stress testing, inpatient consults, and Watchman procedures
- Peripheral interventions handled by vascular surgery, keeping the focus squarely on cardiac work
Schedule
- Two to three cath lab days per week, with the remaining time in the clinic
- Average clinic volume of 15 to 20 patients per day
- One outreach day per month serving the surrounding regional communities
- Call averages six days per month, limited to inpatient consults with interventional backup
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $850,000 with wRVU bonus potential
- Generous sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
- 33 days PTO plus 10 CME days and a $5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Comfortable with a balanced cath lab and clinic schedule
- Interest in a collaborative, team-based cardiovascular program
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Dakota
