Position Overview
We are seeking two full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our growing cardiology team:
- Inpatient NP – supporting hospital-based care
- Outpatient NP – supporting clinic operations in St. Charles / Lake St. Louis and St. Louis, MO
Both roles offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and management of cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventative care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care aligned with organizational standards
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (Missouri required; Illinois preferred)
- Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Cardiology experience or strong interest in cardiovascular care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- On-call rotation: approximately every 10–14 days
- Weekend coverage: approximately 1 weekend per month
Practice Setting
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
- Opportunities to work across multiple sites within the St. Charles and St. Louis markets
