Upstate Hematology Oncology ( UHO) is a community based hematology and oncology practice, providing comprehensive cancer and blood disorder care to patients throughout the greater Albany area. UHO combines advanced cancer treatment options with personalized, compassionate care close to home. 

Upstate Hematology Oncology is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to offer high-quality care to adult patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions while working alongside experienced specialists in a collaborative and supportive environment. 

- Full or Part Time position ( 2-5 day work week) 
- Primarily outpatient practice with minimal hospital rounding 
- Monday - Friday Schedule 
- No weekend or evening office hours, providers participate in shared rotating call coverage

Requirements

- License and active registration as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State 
- Successful completion of and graduation from a nurse practitioner education program acceptable to NYSED
- Current CPR certification 

Hematology and Oncology experience is not required
