We're seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to join our primary care team — someone who doesn't just practice primary care but genuinely loves it. Requirements
- Active CRNP or DNP licensure in Maryland (or eligibility)
- Experience in primary care/family medicine — this role is not intended for a new graduate.
- A genuine passion for primary care and long-term, continuity-based patient relationships
- A patient-first mindset and strong bedside manner
- Someone who thrives in a close-knit, independent practice environment
- A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
- Interest in developing a specialty focus within primary care is a plus
