OB/GYN Opportunity | $350K-$450K Base | $500K+ Earning Potential | Westchester County, NY
A well-established, physician-led women's health group in Westchester County is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN to join its growing team. Openings are available across three desirable locations, Yonkers, White Plains, and Rye, with affiliations to leading regional hospitals and strong referral networks throughout the area.
You'll step into an existing patient base with a full panel expected within approximately three months, supported by an experienced clinical staff and a schedule designed around sustainable, long-term productivity.
Practice Highlights
- Employed, full-scope OB/GYN position
- 3.5 clinic days + 1 dedicated surgery/call day per week
- Flexible office hours, typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Full patient panels within ~3 months of start
Clinical Resources
- Dedicated OR time with efficient scheduling for minor and major cases
- Da Vinci robotic system access (optional use)
- Robust support staff: MAs, LPNs, RNs, NPs, PA, and Midwife
- Athena EMR (outpatient) and Epic (inpatient)
Work-Life Balance
- Approximately 2 weekend call rotations per quarter
- Flexible call structure depending on hospital affiliation
- Hospitalist/laborist coverage for enhanced efficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $350,000 - $450,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Total earning potential exceeding $500,000 through RVU-based incentives
