OB/GYN Physician | $450K Base Salary | No Unassigned Hospital Call | West Texas

Join an established OB/GYN practice in West Texas offering high surgical volume, strong clinical support, and a practice-only call model with Texas Tech residents covering unassigned emergency department hospital call.

Position Highlights

• Total earning potential of $800,000-$900,000+ through RVU productivity
• Practice-only 1:3 call rotation with Texas Tech residents covering all unassigned emergency department hospital call
• Schedule includes 4.5 clinic days and 0.5 dedicated OR day each week
• Approximately 60% obstetrics and 40% gynecology
• Ramp up to 20-25 patients per day
• Dedicated surgical time to maintain a broad OB/GYN practice
• Practice within a 220-bed hospital featuring a 30-room Level III NICU, Maternal-Fetal Medicine support, and an experienced multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $450,000
• Annual quality bonus of $20,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
• Comfortable managing a high-volume clinical and surgical practice
