OB/GYN Opportunity in Dickinson, North Dakota | $381,910 Base
Join a growing OB/GYN program serving southwestern North Dakota with a full-scope practice, flexible scheduling, dedicated OR time, and a lighter call rotation. This opportunity offers a strong mix of obstetrics and gynecologic surgery with dedicated clinical support.
Position Highlights
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice with general obstetrics and gynecologic surgery
- Approximately 600 deliveries annually
- Average 6 to 10 surgical cases per month per provider
- Full-scope OB/GYN care including C-sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopy, outpatient gynecology, and general OB care, with procedures tailored to provider preference
- Internal referral support from Family Practice OB physicians and a Women's Health NP
- 1:1 dedicated MA or nurse support with float nurse availability
- Dedicated OR block time
Schedule & Call
- Choice of 5x8s Monday through Friday or 4x10s Monday through Thursday
- Clinic hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- 1 hour of protected administrative time each day
- 1:5 home and clinic call rotation, with typically 4 to 6 call days per month
- Approximately 10.5 weekends of call per year
Compensation & Benefits
- $381,910 guaranteed base salary on a 3-year contract
- Salary plus wRVU-based incentives
- Productivity and quality bonuses
- Sign-on bonus equal to 10% of base salary
- $15,000 relocation allowance
- Malpractice coverage with tail
- $3,500 CME allowance or $5,000 for double-boarded physicians
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD coverage
- Licensing, credentialing, professional dues, and other professional fees covered
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- New graduates and experienced physicians considered
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
